April is an outstanding and dedicated Realtor. Hands down she will do nothing but have your best interest and help you in one of the most stressful and biggest purchases of your life. She went above and beyond in helping me find my first home. Not only was she dedicated, professional, listened to what I was looking for and met all my criteria, she found me a prefect home in a week! I had previously been looking for 7 months and almost gave up on my search. I would 100 % recommend her to any of my friends, family and even strangers. With being a first time home buyer, I was unaware of everything involved in purchasing a home and she helped me in every step along the way. From spending many hours finding prospective homes, giving honest reviews of the houses we looked at, also providing me with extra information not listed on the MLS, answering all my questions, negotiating a great price for my home and suggesting an amazing home inspector she made the whole process easy and stress free. Her outgoing, positive personality and drive to do a good job with a smile, is another reason I was happy to work with her and have her represent me as my real estate agent.
