We were actually buying from out of province and we needed someone who would be our eyes, nose and ears in Victoria. From the beginning she was 100% responsive and professional, and she guided us with all the facts that gave us the confidence that we needed to find our perfect home. April provided us with an accurate listing updates, and once we found something that met our criteria, she immediately booked the showing, attended right away, and provided us with great video footage plus factual and knowledgeable feedback.
