We came across Anurag and Arch in January after searching for the realtors in Kitchener/Waterloo over the web to find our first home. We were skeptic at start going with a realtor you found over internet, but it turned out to be the best decision we made. Arch was extremely polite, professional and never rushing through showings or pushing us to put offers. Arch would follow-up regularly and providing tips/information regarding KW region that only a local would know. Anurag was always reachable providing his expert advice and an unbiased opinion helping us narrow down the type of properties we should be focusing on. There were times when our offer was rejected and we felt disappointed but Arch's enthusiasm and positivity kept us going. We finally ended up finding our perfect home within our budget with the kind of neighborhood we were looking for. We would highly recommend Arch and Anurag and they would be our go to person for our future realty estate requirements. Highly recommended.
