Anu worked with us for almost 18 months to find our perfect home. We were in a very hot market and decisions needed to be made fast. She was willing to show us any house we wanted even if it was slightly outside of the parameters we set. She never showed any signs of irritation or impatience with us either. Her understanding of the negotiation process made it easy for us to decide when to make the offer, how much to offer, what to negotiate, what would improve our position, and when to walk away. We have referred Anu to three other couples who have baught and sold with her numerous times. All of them have told us that she exceeded their expectations.

For our most recent house selling venture (June 2017), my wife and I decided to retain the services of Anu Khullar (again) because we were SO HAPPY with our first (and second) real estate experiences with her back in 2008 & 2015. Anu was, and always is, friendly, composed, smiling, professional, and ready to make sure that whatever needs to be done WILL get done. Our decision to go with her again was an easy one to make. She was well prepared, educated about the market, easily answered any questions we had and assured us that we would have no problem selling our home, which was true; we sold for the asking price in exactly two weeks! I would definitely recommend Anu for any and all of your real estate needs in Edmonton.
