Anthony de Sousa made our first home buying experience/journey super easy and exciting, he took the stress out by laying out all the ground work with pure knowledge. Extremely responsive to all our needs and questions, a fantastic realtor and it was such a pleasure to work with him.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Anthony. He was in it from beginning to finish and was amazing. Same goes for his team. I have never purchased and bought a new home on my own before and they made it a breeze. Any question I had was always answered in a very timely manner. I felt like Anthony and the entire team were like my own cheering squad and the support provided was definitely exceptional. The knowledge and skill provided was amazing. What you've read in the reviews is true... Anthony is an absolute all-star agent! I rarely write reviews for anything but, with the fantastic experience my family had with Anthony as our realtor, it would be criminal to not give this man more 5-star praise. The first thing we noticed with Anthony was his professionalism. He takes his job seriously and puts in maximum effort to do the best job possible for his clients. When dealing with commission-based professionals, I’m often skeptical and wonder “is this person really working for my best interests?” With Anthony, that question never crossed my mind. He understands the client-agent relationship and works for you! We never felt pressured or that we weren’t in control of the process; instead, we felt empowered and supported to make the best decisions. When it came to selling our home, Anthony did a ton of research and presented us with several well-reasoned price point options. His research went far beyond the typical search of sold listings with the same bedroom and bathroom count… he considered so many more factors (including those you can’t quantify and filter in a database search) and thoughtfully compared our house against others. He truly saw the value in our home which made us confident in choosing the mid-to-high end price point we did. In the end, we had multiple offers and sold over asking… getting a price no other realtor we interviewed thought possible! On the buying side, Anthony was just as amazing. He was super knowledgeable and patient, showing us many houses and answering even more questions. His positive and calm demeanour was key in getting us through the emotional roller-coaster that is house hunting. When we found a place we loved, his research and negotiating skills helped us get a deal done for a great price. There were some stressful times between having the offer accepted and removing conditions, but Anthony was in constant communication and helped us through to the end. Ultimately, his knowledge of the entire buying and selling process made our lives so much easier. Everything was explained and no step was taken until we felt comfortable. I don’t think the process is ever easy or entirely stress-free, but you can rely on Anthony to make it as smooth as possible. I know this review is long, but Anthony deserves it! I recommend Anthony wholeheartedly and am confident that anyone who works with him will have the same experience we did.
