Tony helped me as a first time home buyer. Communicating with him was easy and he was always available for a call. He keeps current with market knowledge so you know how your house of interest fits into the bigger picture, and what and where you can buy for your budget. Had a great team and network around him so you can find a home inspector, lawyer, plumber, etc. You can trust. I found him easy to work with, no high pressure, works at your pace. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable. Will seek him out for future real estate transactions for sure.

He provided tips on how to better prepare my condo for showings and regularly checked in with me. I had an offer within 3 x days of listing! This was by far my best experience in finding and purchasing a home. Tony really listened to understand what I was looking for in a home and what specific features were important to me. Using new technology and a unique application he created specific search criteria which really helped identify my best options. He would do further research into any properties I was interested in and create videos in which he discussed all relevant background details, which was pretty cool. My realtor’s knowledge and insight into a property’s real value was invaluable in helping me vet my selections and when I ultimately presented an offer. He worked closely with my mortgage specialist and also provided me with lists of trusted home inspectors and lawyers. He helped me find the home and neighborhood that has the vibe I was always looking for!
