If you would like a realtor that is there for you every step of the way then Annette Blake/ReMax Solid Gold is who you are looking for. I didn't fully comprehend the state of the housing market until I wanted to to sell my property. Thankfully, Annette was there to walk me through it, answering all my questions and concerns with complete accuracy and honesty. I have dealt with other realtors and they pale in comparison to what Annette has to offer. I could not have found a more genuine, caring person in all aspects. I'm pleased to say Annette sold my property for more than I was expecting and I couldn't have been happier! I will always be grateful for Annette's dedication, relateability and professionalism. Thank you hardly seems adequate considering what she has managed to accomplish for me but it comes from the bottom of my heart!

Annette and the Blake team are the best in the business. There isn't enough room here to tell you how great Annette and her team are. We have moved 5 times and she is the last Realtor we had and is the best of the 5. There is no agent that even compares to what she provides to her customers. She has sold two houses for us and made one house purchase. She has the most experience and knowledge of any Realtor we have met. She doesn't pressure or rush you into anything, is reliable, explains everything in fine detail, is always available for questions anytime (how does she ever get any rest?), helps with any problems you may have, knows the market inside out, makes sure the house you are buying is worth your offer, sells your home for top dollar and ensures you are completely satisfied. She truly looks out for her clients by going above and beyond to help them in anyway (from Legal, Movers, Renovations, etc). She will make your sale/purchase is a less stressful one. She is extremely pleasant, personable, great to work with, professional and of course beautiful. She loves what she does and truly cares about her clients like they are family. If she wouldn't buy the house then she would tell the client to buy it. I would refer her 1000% to anyone wanting to sell their house or purchase a home. She works with a great team (from her Office Assistant, Realtors, and her Photographer, her Stager) that all work wonderfully together to provide outstanding service.
