Choosing a real estate agent to sell your family home can be a stressful task. My wife and I interviewed a number of agents in order to find the one best suited for the job. Anna's presentation during our interview clearly was superior to all other candidates. She provided us with a list of realistic comparable properties in our neihbourhood, a game plan on how the property would be marketed and a clear and concise asking/selling price. Once sales agreement was in place, Anna provided staging advice and contracted a professional photographer that captured the best attributes of our home. During negotiations of multiple offers, Anna maintained firm control of the process and ensured that the interest of my wife and I was first and foremost.
