We recently had the pleasure of working with Anna Powell, ReMax, to sell our home. She is a powerhouse of an agent, not to mention, knowledgeable, patient and skilled. She always put our needs first. She didn't push us to do anything we didn't want to do, which was important for us. Finding an agent like her isn't easy. She definitely is your most Powellful link in real estate! I initially met Anna at an open house that she was hosting. I was impressed with her personable nature and the knowledge that she provided regarding the property. She was well prepared. When I decided to purchase my first home I contacted Anna to assist me with the search and to negotiate the final agreement. I was new to the process and she explained every step along the way. The agent on the seller's side was not all that knowledgeable so she almost had to do both sides of the transaction to close the deal.
