Anjan helped sell our Condo in the summer of 2020 and also find a good home. Due to Covid, condo market was on a fall and prices of homes were on a rise. Anjan's commitment and perseverance helped us sell our Condo at a good price even in a buyers market. With his constant communication and honest opinions we knew he was looking out for our best interests. Low offers kept discouraging us but Anjan kept calm and negotiated hard to get a right price for our condo. Anjan knew our requirements well and narrowed down the listing to suit our needs. we found our dream home in a week's time and were happy with the final price we paid for the house.
