Our house was an older home that had been renovated, and there were few comps in our community, but that didn’t deter Anita from making sure that she got the best price for us. From our first contact with her she responded to our needs and provided us with the advice we needed to ensure that we would get top dollar. Some of Anita’s many strengths are her warm and caring personality coupled with her vast experience. She listened to our concerns, answered our many questions and then told us what we needed to do to sell our house. Anita was honest with us about our expectations and she made the experience very easy for us. If we were ever to buy or sell again, we would be contacting Anita in a heartbeat.
