Angie was great to work with. Knowledgeable and prompt. She only showed me properties that fit into my price range and wish list. We found my perfect home, in my budget and preferred neighborhood in less then a week.

This was a rental apartment and I was an owner in another province. Angie was familler with property and the management company. Angie always responded promptly and documents sent electronically. When the tenant left Angie visited and even went so far as to arrange contractor to replace carpet.The ads were well done with good pictures and write up. I was kept well informed on other similar properties and the market conditions. Negotiation with buyer went well and was well handled in timely manner. As I live in another province Angie recommended and arranged for lawyer. This was a difficult market and although I did not get my original ask price Angie negotiated well and I am happy with outcome. The closing also went well. Angie is by far the best agent I have ever worked with and I would have no hesitation in recommending.
