She was very hard working and motivated and always had my best interests at heart which helped me sell my condo in a couple of days and close to my asking price, which was great.</p> <p>Her communication, which is vital, was extremely good and she performed all aspects of a real estate agent's job description in a professional manner. Ange walked me through it step by step explaining things as we went along so I was more comfortable with it..<br /> Due to certain circumstances it was a bit of a challenge to sell my place but Ange remained positive and worked with the challenges in a very supportive manner .I was very happy with the price I got.<br /> Ange goes above and beyond just realtor duties. As I was an out of town seller she did a lot of the arranging of last minute details in order to get the condo ready for the new owners to move in. She is a gem!</p>
