Angelica helped us find a place very quickly. Within a month of having to move the house was found, negotiated on, and purchased. Shes very kind, helpful, and knowledgable. She negotiated the house down to our target price range then a bit further after an inspection was completed and issues were found. For whatever our property needs are, we'll be dealing with Angelica again.
