High conflict separation and two agents used. Angela has an immense amount of empathy and strength, she is seasoned and will become your family agent through her diligence and professionalism.

First off, snatch Angela up to use as a realtor. We put our house up for sale (unknowingly) just as the housing market bubble burst and this wonderful lady went above and beyond to help us sell. She took time to go around the house with us and note down what we should put into storage and what to keep out, made sure we had ample time to prepare for open houses, and when we sold our house she helped us sell a couple things we couldn't take with us and arranged for a cleaner to come immediately after our stuff was out. She even acted as a go between with our strata after we had left town and issues arose. Not only was Angela a delight to work with, but she was prompt, professional, and patient with my husband who likes to talk.

Simply put Angela is awesome! She was a joy to work with. She was incredibly hard working, paid attention to every detail of my purchase from writing up an impeccable contract to negotiationing not only the best price but terms and conditions. I would highly recommend Angela Marino if your are buying or selling in the Okanagan.
