Andy was so helpful and patient with us. He was able to show us so many different styles of places in different neighborhoods until we found the perfect place. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for their first home. he seemed just as excited as we were when we finally settled on a new place to call home.

Andy was exceptional to work with. I had a very particular wish list in what I was looking for in a new home and a very tight timeframe to find it and Andy made every effort to find everything I was looking for in the short window of time that I had. Andy was extremely knowledgeable with regards to condominiums and strata, both of which were new to me and made sure I was fully aware and educated before I made any offers. Andy was also excellent at gently nudging me forward anytime I had uncertainty or apprehensions about making an offer on a particular place, ensuring that it would be a home I would be happy with. If/when the time arises that I ever need to look for a new home, I will definitely reach out to Andy first and I highly recommend his services to anyone!
