Andy was receptive and courteous, always putting my needs as a buyer first and provided me with valuable insight that only +30 years of experience can bring. This entire experience would not have been as pleasant or manageable without the dedication and guidance that Andy provided for me. Andy made himself available at any time of the day and was ready to act at a moments notice, which is incredibly important in certain situations where timing is critical. Andy also provided me with contacts to various professionals who helped throughout this process; condo documents, home inspection, mortgage broker etc...it was great to have those additional resources through Andy. I'm happy I was able to work with Andy and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a property!

Andy is a realtor that actually cares about his clients. He is honest, respectful, and not just trying to get a quick sale like some realtors. He works in the clients best interest, and doesn't take short cuts. He is flexible, friendly and knowledgeable. He is always prepared! I would highly recommend him!
