Andy was a great help from start to finish. He had a good understanding of what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way in purchasing my first home.

Andy helped us make a dream come true! We had been on the search close to the city and had fairly specific criteria. He was extremely accommodating despite his busy schedule and able to help us find a great property! His negotiations on our behalf helped us get a great price and he went above and beyond in helping us with his network of contacts to get questions answered and tests done on the property to ensure that we made a good purchase. Andy is thorough and extremely knowledgeable and we have so much trust in his expertise! He was always available over phone and email whenever we need him he was always there. He was a huge help throughout the purchase and so friendly and knowledgeable. Not with the purchase only he has helped us beyond the purchase as well. We will continue to recommend Andy to our friends as the best in the business! He is like a family to us.
