Andy is extremely knowledgeable with regards to the Calgary housing market. During the time we were buying, it was an extremely hot market and houses were being sold within a day with 5-12 offers being presented. Andy was very patient and informative and when we found the right place he advised us on exactly what to do. He always returned my text messages and emails promptly and during the transaction walked us through each step. I would highly recommend Andy for his knowledge and professionalism and most importantly, he will treat you like family.
