Andrew gave information on other properties in the area ie price, selling time etc We were informed of factors that would effect the sale of the property, lot size, water and septic conditions and government regulations, provincially and local! A drone video was made to show the property and to highlight it great location river, sailing and beach rights attached to the property Andrew clean up the property, a tree had fallen across a brook and had the potential to case damage to a joining properties, we are grateful to him for his prompt action Kept inform of market conditions and met with him to discuss price changes for the property Andrew provided advice into offers made on the property , where to accept or reject.
