<p><br /> I have had many realtors in the past but Andrew was by far the best by a long shot. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. No pressure ever. Between Andrew and his brother their negotiating skills are beyond comparison. They got me 10% off the asking price on the house I purchased. Then using information derived from the inspection managed to negotiate another price reduction of $40,000!! You could use someone else but it will likely cost you a lot of money and not be as good an experience.</p>

Andrew was excellent through the entire process of my wife and I buying our first home. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and we felt confident that with his help we would find the right house to be our first home. We looked at several properties that would have been a great purchases but the house we chose was by far the best on every level. From the location and neighbourhood to the layout of the house itself, even the price, we couldn't be happier. Finally, with Andrew's negotiating expertise we were even able to get the house below asking. It's almost daily that my wife and I sit back and smile at how well we did with our first home. Andrew was definitly a big part of that and we would recommend him to anyone looking for professional, persoanlized service.
