Andrew helped with the purchase (under-asking from a bank) and sale of our last renovation property. He also checked in regularly throughout our renovation with input on buyer sentiment and the ideal time to sell. He's brilliant.

If you are looking for a realtor who is one because he LOVES it, not because it is a job; someone who is noticed in the realtor circles as someone who is great to work with, and is a positive energizer bunny, then so reading and reach out to Andrew. He has helped me sell my duplex and 2 investment houses, he sold my sisters condo in 2 weeks, at or above market value - in a market where condos aren't moving. He has also negotiated the successful purchase of 2 additional investment houses - one below asking and the other with 5 higher offers than mine on the table. How he does it, i don't know, but I won't look elsewhere!
