Andrew defines diligence - which is exactly what you need when purchasing your first home. He is willing and happy to go above and beyond to make sure you as the buyer understand exactly what you're signing up for. He is an excellent reference for all things Real Estate and will research what little he doesn't know. Andrew was a consistent communication mediator between all relative parties for us, which really helped facilitate the entire process. All in all, Andrew is a genuine person trying to do good in the world.
