Andres made the overwhelming process of buying our first home an enjoyable experience. He helped my wife and me understand everything needed and every step we had to take. If we ever felt anxious or lost, he was one message or a call away from easing our minds and helping us with the different parts of this process. We called Andres without a solid idea if we were ready to jump into the buyers market. He made the process easier than what we could have expected. As well we appreciate the fact that he was so flexible working out of regular business hours. We were able to find the house of our dreams, in less than a month! And last but not least he went the extra mile by representing us with our current landlord, and end our tenancy in good terms.

Andres provided lots of help explaining us different characteristics of how houses are built in the area, what things adjust well considering our lifestyle, and what neighbourhoods integrate the spaces and environments we were looking for. He gave advice on how to manage the offer but always respecting our opinions. When we found our perfect match house, but there was something we wanted to improve, he gave great advice on how to fix, some budget idea, and he even was able to give some contractor's references.

Andres went above and beyond our expectations to find us our home. He behaved in the most respectful & professional manner since our first meeting. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions that he answered in a very timely manner, his answers reflected not only his knowledge of the area, but all his understanding of the current market.
