<p>Andrea is thoroughly a pro in every good sense of the term. Not only was she able to sell my property in a ti mely manner, after I changed my mind about the new build I had planned, she worked with me to find a new place despite the constraints of time and inventory. Andrea worked very hard on my behalf, and always kept in close touch, answering questions and responding to concerns. The process of buying and selling a house can be stressful, but Andrea always was there in a pinch with supportive and wise advice. I have dealt with many real estate agents, and Andrea by far is the most capable I have had the good fortune of knowing and representing me. I will definitely call upon her again and highly recommend her to anyone requiring real estate services and representation.</p>

Andrea provided the best service I have ever received. She is extremely confident and truthful in her abilities. Having used 4 different real estate services previously and having to go through an estate sale I was extremely surprised at the quality of service I received. She assured me it would be done quickly which it was. She assured me she would get the best price possible and she sold the property for more than I expected. Her confidence allowed me to simply leave it in her hands at a very difficult time.

Andrea is extremely attentive. She responds quickly to emails and texts and looks into properties promptly. She knows what to look for on walk throughs and points out features she has learned her clients are looking for (or not!). I would highly recommend Andreas service! She helped me both in buying and selling :)
