Anastasia helped my husband and I buy our first place. She prioritised us above herself, ensuring that our primary preferences and our budget were met. We never felt pressured by her to settle for something that didn't satisfy us. We were first time home-buyers, without much knowledge of the process, and she helped us understand every step. She is well-informed and keeps on top of current trends. She also has a great team, and connected us to a mortgage broker that was fantastic. Even though she made sure to inform us about each each step of the buying process at our first meeting, throughout the experience she also clearly gave us updates on the next pieces to get done, so that everything went very smoothly. Her communication with us was always prompt, and she welcomed all of our questions. We would recommend her to our friends and family, not only because she has expertise in the field, but because she is trustworthy and has integrity. Her care for people shines through her work, and her skills in this industry were incredibly helpful. We are so happy with our home, the price we got it for (less than asking), and I attribute this to her hard work and care for our preferences.

Anastasia did an outstanding job selling my home. She was very thorough, honest, and attentive throughout the process from staging to closing the deal. She explained real estate documents in a way that was easy to understand and worked within my timeline to sell quickly. I had so many questions, and she answered them to my extreme satisfaction and she has a great realty team supporting her. I was able to get multiple offers and sold over asking on a non-rental unit which is amazing! She is very passionate about her job and taking care of her clients. There was no pressure from her to take an offer. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the sale. She is an excellent negotiator between buyer and seller. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to sell their home or is looking into buying.
