We recently had the pleasure of working with Amy both on the purchase and sale of our homes. The entire process on both sides was made seamless and easy to navigate with her knowledge and expertise. At every turn Amy was very responsive, considered the next steps and attended to every detail. If we had a question (which we had lots) she had the answer and if she didn’t she found it quickly. Amy was quick to guide us through each step of the way and make sure we were always kept in the loop. She was mindful of our time and always made suggestions for multiple options and approaches. She staged our home, had professional photos taken and offered information to make decisions. She was with us every step on both transactions, including inspections. She was always quick to be available and we never felt pressure to make a decision. She ensured we were informed and comfortable with the information we had. We would highly recommend Amy for your real estate needs, you won’t be disappointed.

I was a first-time homebuyer during the crazy boom and eventual leveling out over the pandemic and beyond. I purchased my house my own with a single income, so my options were very limited as my budget was so modest and the market was so crazy. That did not matter to Amy. She treated me as if I was ready to buy a million-dollar home. It took me over two years to find my house. Amy’s quick and honest responses to my inquiries were so helpful in guiding me to a home that was perfect for me. Amy gave honest advice and her professional opinion about the properties we went to look at and never pressured me to buy or gave bad advice just to make a sale. My house came on the market on a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summer. That evening we were viewing the house, by 8:00 pm Amy had submitted our offer, and by 10:00 pm the house was mine. I was blown away that Amy was so willing to work late into a summer Friday night for me. It was truly incredible, and I am sure I would have lost out if I was working with a realtor who was less dedicated to their clients. Amy is simply a joy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough.
