I met Victoria Ashely (from Amy's team) at an open house while my wife and I were searching for a home on our own. We had a great conversation, and kept in touch for a while afterwards. As a real estate lawyer who has closed hundreds of transactions, I had a strong preference to self-represent in my own purchase, but I was always happy to talk real estate with Victoria and pick her brain on what she's been seeing happen in the market. She always listened carefully and offered thoughtful and practical insights, actively showing us the potential value of having her on our side. Victoria truly stood out as being one of the most professional, genuine, and capable agents I've met throughout my career practicing real estate law. Ultimately, my wife and I decided that our buying process could really benefit from Victoria's involvement. We have moved several times but this time was different. From start to finish everything was seamless! Trish was our realtor - she was great and was able to make us feel calm when needed!
