I had a closing for the investment property as Condo in Brampton in market conditions that are currently not at all favorable for selling or renting . We were very apprehensive on what will happen to our cash flow if we are not able to rent the property for next few months as vacancy levels for rental properties are not favorable to investors at the moment. Amrit was so thorough in listing the property and hired the right staging company and promoted our property so differently from several other listings in the buildings that we got a solid offer over asking price of our rent within 48 hours. In my past experience, realtors donot offer much time investment in rental properties as they make multifold money in buying/selling of properties but Amrit did not at all differentiate between the rental vs resale of property, he provided same time and effort and did not cut corners even in staging..... He was proffessional throughout the process and kept us informed until the offer acceptance stage and did a follow up recently to ensure if tenant had paid 1st month of rent on time.... Five star service throughout!!
