Amir Fard sold my house in North York quickly and for higher price then I expected. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also helped me find a House in Newmarket, Ontario for a good price in a very nice neighbourhood. I would certainly use his services if I needed real estate assistance. Highly recommended.

<p><br /> Amir sold our condo in downtown Toronto,He did an amazing job to make our unit so presentable before listing .i can't forget the look of my wife when she saw the unit after all preparation and staging,she was in awww ,quite honestly he turned our unit with his design crew to an exceptional magazine type unit and funny enough after that we were getting second thought as to whether to sell or keep the unit!!! anyways,we ended up selling our unit at an amazing price!!you guys who read this,call this guy seriously!!</p>
