Amerish's best qualities were communication, professionalism and going the extra mile. These were all beyond what was expected. One thing I would of liked to know is that you can negotiate a rent amount which I did not know about until after the deal was closed. I learnt from the realtor that helped me sell my house. With that being said, I do highly recommend Amerish!

Amerish helped us get our first home. We are a bit choosy and wanted to get the best fit for our needs. He filtered many properties that were within our budget as well as mentioned pros and cons. Finally, once we have chosen the house, he did negotiate with the builder. He also helped me when I am out of country to submit the cheques to builder. Helped with the PDI. Overall, he is available throughout the process and provided the right info at all the steps. I would definitely recommend him.
