We were referred to Amelia through a mutual acquaintance. She was very attentive to our needs and was very quickly able to find us a condominium that checked all of our boxes. She negotiated a price for us that was to totally within our budget. Amelia referred us to a reputable home inspection company and a lawyer to handle our closing. This was greatly appreciated because we are from out of province and it saved us from having to “shop around”. She also recommended a lender, but we had already secured our financing. So basically, Amelia not only finds your new home for you, but she can also help with the other factors involved your purchase. Our entire experience with Amelia was a pleasure and we are very happy to give her this review. You won’t be disappointed.

Amelia Dill is a professional in every sense of the word! We started our journey with Amelia with a random showing, which led to an amazing customer-agent relationship! She sent us additional information on investment properties, tools to calculate mortgages, neighbourhoods, etc., and made herself available 24/7 (literally) to answer questions, discuss options, visit two other listed properties, and provide full guidance on purchase process. At the time of offer she was pivotal in understanding the intricate process and led us to a successful closure after making a win-win offer! We got an amazing property with added value in a lake community! She kept in mind our needs and preferences and was keen to details! My birthday came up before the entire deal was completed and Amelia was so kind and thoughtful that she sent me a heartfelt present! Amelia is a real enthusiastic person, full of energy, and a great joy to work with! She’s been a blessing for us in helping us get the property of our dreams as we look into retirement! Amelia had THE best communication, any questions, comments, or even just to listen she was there! We were put at ease as she educated us before entering into a contract, shared industry standards and handled all the little things!
