I have known Amatul for 7 years when we first time sold our mom house with her help back in 2014. It was a record sale with minimum time on street that time . And recently I acquired her services to sell my investment property with tenants. I must say Amatul showed excellent communication skills to handle the tenant . I was not sure how she will deal with such difficult tenant but the way she handled and sold the property in few days with best possible price . She knows how to handle all situations. We are very happy with our sale price and looking forward to with with her for future investment opportunities.

I think the best team to work with especially when you are a nervous freak LOL. We wanted to sell our small semi and wanted to buy a house with acres to grow our kids. We found Amatul and her team through a google search. Always punctual, willing to go that extra mile to help alleviate the stress of home buying for us. They are incredibly informative about the local market and also have great contacts for building contractors, brokers, and movers. One of the main reasons for us to decide about the property we bought was the help they gave us arranging contractors giving us ideas on how we can renovate and remodel our new home based on our family needs. Suddenly everything seemed so affordable and we ended up buying our dream home at an amazing price. I couldn't think of a better real estate team to help others like me find their perfect home. Strongly recommended to anyone who has lots of questions and has no guts to decide right.
