Amanda has been a blessing in our home hunt! Attributes: Patient, polite, efficiency, accommodative, knowledgeable, INCREDIBLE NEGOTIATOR. My entire family loved her sincerity. She isn't pushy at all, which is the most commendable trait. She made us all feel very comfortable to discuss anything at all. She always has a smile and is very efficient in all aspects. She was well versed with the properties and the area and discussed pros and cons without any bias. She answered all our questions and for the rare ones that she didn't know, she got back to us with the replies in a timely manner after doing her research. She worked with us through our demanding schedules. She still follows up with our questions and addresses them appropriately. She is in toto the perfect Realtor, we could have asked for, who goes above and beyond her responsibilities.

Amanda was energetic, efficient, and focused. She encourage me to move forward but she was not pushy. Great experience purchasing a house with Amanda. My wife and I were looking for a house to move from St Catharines and my work schedule only allowed for viewing properties one evening per week. Amanda was very patient with me and scheduled as many viewings as possible for me to see. We offered on 2 properties and got the house we wanted for a price we were happy with. Amanda was so great to work with. She was friendly and professional. We had been looking for a while in KW area and had learned what we wanted but was priced out. When we decided to look in Peterborough area, she was accommodating right to the last minute as we were coming from Niagara. She was receptive to our wants and provided any and all information we needed. When we decided on a house, she walked us through the whole process with no issues.
