We lucked out. I don’t know how else to state it. Over a year ago we started on our journey to move from Ontario to BC. We didn’t have any contacts in BC for realtors or anything else for that matter. We searched online, looked at listings, and came up with several possibilities to help us in our search for a new home. For whatever reason we felt a connection with Amanda. Amanda was fabulous, dedicating her time and energy to set up multiple viewings within the 2 days that we were in town. You might be thinking so what, this is what she is supposed to do. In a sense you are right, but it is not what she does that sets her apart, it is how she does it. She is passionate about real estate. She is passionate about people. She is caring, attentive and this radiates in everything that she does. We didn’t buy on our first visit. We needed to sell our home in Ontario. This took about 8 months in total. Amanda stayed connected with us, answered all our questions, provided market trends, investigated new listings against our requirements and, kept a list of any homes that went off the market. One home that was off market that we were interested in Amanda reached out to the previous realtor to see if their clients had any interest in listing again. We got a hit. Amanda is a skilled realtor and negotiator and ensured not only we could meet our budget but also a very tight closing date to ensure we were not left homeless for any period of time. Amanda also at one point moved provinces and understood all the other things that needed to be done besides just buying a home. Over and above and realtors scope, she recommended several potential lawyers, inspectors, sought out potential family doctors, dentists, MMA clubs for our son and much, much more. All to say, Amanda is truly a blessing, and we can honestly say that she is a key reason that we were able to fulfill our goal of moving to BC and help us integrate into the city!

Amanda was amazing to deal with. Especially with me being out of town. She was happy and willing to do FT visits with me at the drop of a hat. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

From start to finish Amanda was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable, incredibly intuitive and doesn't pressure you at all. I work out of town and she was always in touch to make sure we had showings booked for my days off. I have limited contact with the outside world while at work, Amanda went above and beyond to help me find someone to do a home inspection on short notice and even reached out to colleagues to find someone that would do up an insurance policy so I could get possession on time during the fires. I can't say enough about how great Amanda was to work with and I would recommend her to family and friends in a heartbeat. She really does go above and beyond to offer "service beyond the sale".

I found Amanda on Rate-my-agent.com, I was trying to find a realtor to buy a townhouse in the Okanagan. Some of the things that stood out to me on her reviews were words and phrases like objective, keeps you focused on your goals, creates competition, responsive, over and above, and showed the property multiple times. We met on a Wednesday, she lined up 5 properties to view that Sunday, and I had an accepted offer to purchase by 9pm that night. She is great at reading body language and expression, and knows the market very well. To me here greatest trait was her ability to have a conversation with you about the property instead of selling you the property. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, expertise and professionalism I received from Amanda, she works her tail off behind the scenes to make things happen
