Amanda was amazing to work with! I have found in the past that selling and buying can feel very hurried and a bit chaotic. Amanda really doesn't work that way at all. She brings a confidence to work with her everyday that enables her and her clients to be calm even in dealing with big purchases. She is kind, friendly, and just a lovely person to work with. All of this for a better price. I couldn't recommend her more!

I have both bought and sold through Lime Green Realty® Central and was impressed with how easy the whole process was. I had the misfortune of having bought my first home with a realtor that barely acknowledged my existence and left me feeling a bit sour on realtors in general. The team at Lime Green Realty® Central really changed that perspective for me. I have recommended them to several friends who were happy with the way their transactions went as well. Saving a bit of cash didn't hurt either. I was skeptical at first about paying less, I figured there would be some sort of reduced level of service provided, but I was dead wrong. I like that they're local too. I will definately go with Lime Green Realty® Central again in the future. Oh btw, be sure to attend the client appreciation events these folks put on. They're always a great time and they have tons of prize giveaways!

It was refreshing to work with Lime Green Realty® Central! Amanda was kind, knowledgeable and completely understanding in our previous experiences, that may have lead us to be a bit stand offish. Our house sold in a day, for a price we wanted and a process that was smooth and truly pain free. It was easy, and my hope in realtors has been restored!
