Vivek Modi is an amazing guy. He is friendly and very supportive to me. In my first home buying journey he helped me in every phase and moved heaven and earth to get us a good deal. The only problem was the distance he had to travel from Kitchner to London which used to get him late and we missed some of the showing timings because of that.

He was very friendly, dedicated and humble person. I never felt like dealing with a realtor. He was available 24/7 to answer our queries.

He was thorough with explanation from the initial zoom meeting, to house viewing, and to documentations till the process was well understood by a first home buyer. In addition, he maintained a friendly atmosphere that made it easier to voice concerns, which he explained fully and he ensured customer satisfaction at every step of the process. Above all, he is a goal getter, even when we weren't decisive about our choice of ideal home, he kept cheering on till we got what we wanted. I would give him a 5star rating.
