Alyss was amazing to work with. She is smart , honest and everything I could have asked for in a realtor. She really went to bat for us. I was extremely impressed.

Alyss was absolutely wonderful with us. We were first time home buyers and our want list was bigger than our wallets. Knowing this, Alyss steered us gently in the right direction but never denied us from being able to see a property that she knew we could afford. She provided information and tidbits that only a seasoned professional would offer. As this was our first home we also didn’t know what the steps were but there she was again with the information and company suggestions to help us along our way. Between her and Nikki Pike, this was an easy process, I mean aside from coming to terms with reality. Lol If you choose Alyss to be your realtor you will not be sorry.

As a second time home buyer, working with Alyss was a very good experience in that her communication skills was outstanding on how she communicated to me on how things were going. Her negotiation skills was amazing because she was able to deliver on the best price I was looking for when buying a 2bedroom condo. Her vast knowledge in Red deer was perfect in that, I was able to acquire a Condo that was near a school, bus stop and other shopping outlets within the area. Personally I recommend Alyss as a trusted and hardworking realtor who can make your dream to own a house, apartment or a condo come true. She is simply the best.</p>

I was very skeptical about getting a realtor before until I met Alyss. She has all the qualities of a perfect realtor that I have been looking for. Friendly, knowledgeable, patience, honest, doesn't pressure you to buy ofcourse she and treats you like a family. I highly commend her and If could only give her a 100 gold star. 🙂
