This was a rental property that was left in a very undesirable condition accompanied with a notice from the City By-Laws to clean up the yard after the tenants finally vacated. Alla had found a potential buyer before I even got back to Brantford from out-of-province and we had a verbal agreement in-place within a couple days. Within a month of arriving to the city, I had a firm offer and the sale is complete with no surprises - AWESOME!!! I wish I had another property to sell with Alla!
