We had an amazing experience working with Alisa. She helped us sell our apartment in Richmond and purchase our new home in Steveston, and we couldn’t be happier. Alisa was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, guiding us every step of the way. What meant the most was how much she cared about our family. With a young son, finding the right home was so important, and she truly understood that. She helped us find a place where our family can grow and feel at home. Her knowledge of the Richmond and Steveston market is outstanding, and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. <p>Alisa, is absolutely the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. She has sold 3 houses for us over the last year and 1 prior to that with great results. She is especially good at keeping us updated and on track with everything. She has initiative and drive and follows up with everyone to keep anyone from procrastinating. Also, our last house had some issues and she has gone above and beyond to help us complete on time. She is extremely pleasant to work with and we are very confident with her knowledge of the market. I'm a particular, & demanding client. I expect my real estate agent to be "on the ball". Because of this, I've found it challenging to find a quality realtor in the past. I find Alisa to be: 1) professional 2) thorough 3) knowledgeable 4) understanding 5) punctual 6) a shrewd negotiator 7) a kind person who's always a pleasure to work with.
