<p>We first met Ali over a year back in a coffee shop where he explained us his process and understood in detail what we were looking for.<br /> It took us over a year to finally find a place that we liked, and was within our budget.</p> <p>During the course of the year, Ali shared his knowledge and experience in presenting us with very relevant selection of houses based on our needs and provide his genuine unbiased opinion and without any pressure.<br /> Ali was very proactive and responsive to our questions, and demands.<br /> He shared listings that were a great fit for us and also guided us in making right decisions along the way. We were never rushed or pressured into anything and Ali showed great patience throughout the long process. His enthusiasm setting up appointments for showing were same after a year as it were during the showing of first house. He always encouraged us to be fully satisfied and provided knowledgeable and genuine opinion on every house we saw.<br /> Ali truly cared that we got the right place and that we were totally satisfied.</p> <p>He worked very hard on our behalf that was evident to us and genuinely cared that we got what was best fit for us.</p> <p>Ali not only found the technical information that wasn't available online about the properties but also always provided in depth information about the area in all aspects, like history, future prospects, living, shopping, schools, bylaws and even crime rates.</p> <p>Ali accommodated all our requests for setting up appointments at our convenience and availability with a smile.</p> <p>After we finally found the right house, his service to guide us through the process of closing the deal, going through all the legal formalities, answering thousands of specific questions regarding the house being a bridge between sellers and us was wonderful. We contacted him on holidays, odd times when we had to and he always responded in timely manner.</p> <p>We have full confidence in knowledge, experience and abilities of Ali and would highly utilize his services next time we're in the market to buy or sell. We are very happy with Ali and highly recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge, client service, care and expertise.</p>
