<p>When I decided to sell my condo,I knew it was going to be very hard for me to find the right Agent. I had spoken to over 30 Agents over the phone. Mr. Alizadeh contacted me and instantly I knew he was the perfect representative to help me sell the condo with I loved so much. My parents and I met with Mr. Alizadeh and within minutes, we agreed he was honest, courteous, super knowledgeable, trustworthy, competitive rate, and confident in his role. He answered all and any questions we had on the spot without hesitation. Everything was possible for him. He was there to work for us and guide us in the right direction. His recommendations were great but ultimately, he always made it our decision in the end. We agreed that Mr. Alizadeh would represent us in selling the condo. Him and his staff were in contact with us every step of the way, daily, and within less than 7 days, the condo sold for over asking. We were trilled and very thankful for Mr. Alizadeh and his incredible team. My family and I cannot express how grateful we are to have met such a professional, honest, trustworthy realtor. Our emails, phone calls, texts were always answered within 1 minute if not instantly. I will forever going forward be using Mr. Alizadeh for my future Real Estate needs and will always refer him to any and all friends and family looking Real Estate needs. My advice to anyone looking for realtor is to meet with Mr. Alizadeh.
