As first home buyers, Alexys pivoted well from showing us apartments for just one of us to single family homes for the both of us. She took the time to understand our wants and needs for the home we were looking for by taking us out for coffee. In this fast paced market, Alexys was able to secure showings based on short notice and she remained flexible to accommodate to our busy schedule. During showings she was helpful to point out pros and cons of houses and help us develop a vision on how we could transform and personalize the spaces. She told us of the neighbourhood trends, and property values of comparable houses that helped inform our decision. Alexys’ expertise and drive were shown when she used the escalation clause to secure the highest bid during the bidding war for our home. On possession day and throughout the entire process, Alexys was present, excited, informative, patient and had prompt and clear communication to us. Alexys is an excellent relator and we will recommend her to everyone we know who is looking at buying or selling. She was incredibly responsive, answered every single question we had and made the selling process unbelievably easy. Once our listing was live we ended up selling within the week! Alexys is so professional and amazing to work with, she sold my last 2 homes and helped with the purchases of our new homes as well and every time it's been a great experience, she replies very fast to my requests and was always ready to show me new homes even if it was the same day!
