Professional and to the point service through an extensive pre sale estate renovation. With hind-sight now, it was clear Aldo was bang on with decision making throughout the renovation and sale. We will use Aldo wherever possible moving forward.

Aldo is a knowledgeable, professional, considerate and kind real estate agent. He looked after my 85 year old mother’s sale with compassion and respect. He and his staff are always willing to go above and beyond. Any concerns are addressed with efficiency and in a timely manner. My experience with Aldo and his team was really great. They made it easy and stress free. If I needed something or a tradesman (electrician, contractor, etc) they had someone they could recommend and their availability always worked with our schedule. I would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

Aldo's experience enables him to represent clients in various local markets and to look to main market trends, rather than impressions about localities. I particularly liked his approach to educate clients about current markets by viewing a variety of properties before a purchase decision is made. His advice is grounded both in research (who knew there were that many property value indicators?) and in his negotiating skills. I respect these skills the more because they are not my strong suit. Aldo represented me as both a buyer and a seller, and I have found his knowledge and approach well rounded and suitable to both situations. He is also willing to spend time of working with a client: I could ask any question and express any concerns feeling sure that they will be attended to.
