AJ proved to be an exceptional realtor, surpassing any previous experiences we've had. His communication skills were outstanding, ensuring he was always reachable whenever we needed assistance. Despite having other clients, he made us feel like a top priority, consistently keeping us updated and providing valuable feedback. Even though we were searching for properties out of town, AJ demonstrated unwavering commitment by readily presenting listings, regardless of the distance. He went above and beyond to gather pertinent information for us. Moreover, his negotiation prowess is truly remarkable. AJ's professionalism shone through in every interaction, solidifying our belief that he is indeed the finest realtor we've ever encountered. Without a doubt, we intend to enlist his services again in the future.

Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and AJ was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he had learned about me. I truly appreciated AJ’s input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but AJ does. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but he really focused on making sure I was satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, as a first-time home buyer, this process was very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things realtors can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, AJ went above and beyond (as I’m positive he do with all of his clients) and truly made me feel confident in my decision final decision. I honestly found AJ by chance via Google search and I’m so happy to have crossed paths with him. AJ also assisted me through the process of selling the home as well. From the beginning stages of looking at condominiums even showing a property to me via FaceTime to showing me properties in person he was so patient and always provided fantastic and realistic feedback. I am forever grateful for having AJ as my realtor!
