AJ is the best! I wanted to renovate my apartment before selling, and AJ helped me with advice and his network to hire great trade people to do the renovation. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and negotiation skills. He knew when was the best time to advertise my condo, and he was able to secure a great offer for my property. And ...yes! My property was sold over the asking price! I could never imagine that selling my condo will be so smooth, so fast! I am really lucky that AJ was the realtor that helped me in the selling process. And something else, I personally appreciated very much: He is not pushy at all!

Our experience selling our property with AJ was nothing short of fantastic! We initially reached out to him after seeing some of the success he had on selling other properties in our building, in downtown Vancouver. From the first phone call, he gave us his undivided attention. In all our interactions, he brought to the table a wealth of knowledge and was always able to address our questions and concerns. He was very driven and organized with respect to the staging of our condo and had a great approach to going live with the listing and hosting open houses. Throughout the entire process, our needs and wishes felt heard and we were never made to feel pushed or rushed into decisions. Lastly, he was strategic and effective at negotiating our needs during the final stages of the transaction. AJ was great and easy to work with . We had a previous realtor that we parted ways with as AJ was thoroughly professional but had great knowledge of the current market.He was very respknsive and ubderstood what we were looking for. We had a very specific requirement that also meant a small search area. When the market is super competitive this is a tall task for experienced realtors. However AJ was able to leverage his contacts to get us our dream house off the market!! He also supported us beyond the sale and purchase. We still reach out to hom regularlh should we have any questikns relatdd to real estate. I woild highly recommend AJ to everyone.
