Very patient with all our questions and was always available for a showing. Even with a bad market it did his best to get the house sold for the best possible price. Would highly recommend!

Most important to me, is to be kept informed when purchasing this property. A lot of balls were in the air at the same time because of a quick closing. AJ answered every phone call and text promptly and took the time and effort to find the answers that were not readily available. We had to adjust things in the contract , get extensions , deal with mortgage broker issues find a lawyer on short notice etc. AJ kept in contact with everyone involved and got the deal done ! It didn't feel like AJ was just presenting an offer , he really was : "working " for us. There is so much less stress when a good professional realtor is looking out for your best interest.
