<p>My wife and I first met Ahmed Rafaqat in May 2017. From the very beginning, He was very energetic and enthused about helping first time home buyers. When we first spoke, via phone, I told her about a property I wanted to view and the next day my wife and I were viewing this property. That evening, after viewing the property, we chatted and discussed with Ahmed everything we were looking for in a home and the surrounding community. Over the next week, we received tons of information from Ahmed with different properties he thought we were looking for as a family. After viewing several properties, my wife and I finally found the house we wanted to call our home and we informed Ahmed. When we told him, he said "I don't want to push you guys, but if you really want it, lets start the process because the houses in this area are selling fast". Within the next week or so, all of the homes were either under contract or sold! Good thing we took his advice and on June, 2017 we were closing on our new home! Ahmed was never a pushy or your typical real estate agent throughout the process. He listened to us and provided excellent advice! More than anything, He guided my wife and I through the process of buying our home, instead of using tactics and ploys just to sell us a house! I would highly recommend Ahmed to any first time home buyer as well as to anyone looking for a new home</p>
