I contacted Aggie because one of my co-workers bought her house with Aggie as her agent. She had good things to say about her so I decided to go with her. I was in the market for a house and it was my first. I thought it would be walk in the park experience but Grande Prairie housing market had gone very active, the price range I was in were very competitive. There were houses that had received multiple offers and there were houses that was on the Realtor.ca less than a day that already received offers. My wife and I ended up seeing twenty plus houses, Aggie ALWAYS maintained her professionalism, never once pushed us to settle for a house just because we were looking at so many houses. We very much appreciate her work, and we already know we are going to contact Aggie again when we are in the market next.

Aggie truly cares for her clients. She helped me view homes and was quick to respond long before she even knew my about true financials for buying a home. When the ball is in her court, she helps out in a quick and effective manner. She helped me secure the purchase on a fresh home listing with many other eyes and offers already on it. She is also very supportive in fulfilling negotiations from the buyer.

We were blown away with Aggies professionalism. She sold our house within 4 days of being on the market and found us the perfect house before it was even listed. We got to see it before it was on the market and we put an offer on right away. She got us everything we asked. We never once had to call her, she was on the ball and kept us up to date the whole way through. I’ve never dealt with a more kind and honest realtor. She went over and beyond and made this process so easy at such a stressful time. We want to thank Aggie from the bottom of our hearts.

Aggie met and exceeded all my expectations on buying my first home! I was scared to be honest as the process of it all seemed so overwhelming but Aggie was so amazing! I work out of town in BC for weeks at a time and she handled everything for me & was in constant communication via text with updates. She even helped us negotiate some things with the owner to be included in the sale of the house which helped us tremendously. She even took it upon herself to be with us during the home inspection (home is on hour drive from the city!) and arrived with coffee and donuts.
