I had an awful experience with a few agents in the past, and that had changed my view regarding broker Agents, but our experience with him was beyond our expectations, I believe working with such a detail-oriented, patient agent who is always available even for your silly request and puts your interest first and not just thinks about money was The KEY to our success finding what we can call it now home although it is not permanent but it feels home. That's why I can say he is a true professional Agent that you can always trust.

Afshin recently helped me with the sale of my condo. He provided recommendations on what items needed replacement/upgrade prior to sale. To prepare the condo for sale, I relied on Afshin for the upgrades of light fixtures, painting, deep cleaning and staging, and he did an excellent job. I really appreciated that Afshin was resourceful and helped me with all matters related to the sale. I definitely recommend Afshin to any real estate transaction.

We are very satisfied with our decision in hiring Afshin as our agent. He worked hard from start to finish to make the selling process as smooth as possible. He arranged preparation of our condo unit, including painting, Light fixture upgrade, deep cleaning and elegantly staging out property to get the top dollar for our unit. Afshin helped us purchase a house. He worked very hard and we really appreciated all that he did. With the crazy market and the constant bidding wars Afshin continued to fight hard for us. We had asked Afshin to find a renter for us, and I can definitely say that it was a great experience. The fact that we could trust our agent to find some reliable really put our minds at ease. He did all of his due diligence, really looked into all the applicants that came through and provided us with feedback. What was really great, that before signing on a tenant Afshin recommended for us to meet the tenant beforehand (with him present) to get a better feel of one another, which I believe was helpful for the both of us. I started working with Afshin having high expectations, mostly because of the excellent job he had done helping my sister and an old friend, and I can say without a doubt that the service I received from him exceeded my high expectations. Afshin is highly intelligent, has solid work ethics, and is trustworthy. In addition, he has a good knowledge of the overall market and a sharp eye to detect small but important matters about properties (both positive and negative) which have been very helpful for decision making. For each offer, he prepared an analysis but he has never been pushy or insisting on his point of view. I found his points/recommendations very useful and chose to act upon them, and I’m happy that I did. I’m in the midst of three transactions with Afshin, a buy, a sale, and a lease. The lease transaction is completed and we’re working on the buy and sale. Given the current volatile market and the high level of uncertainty, having a real estate agent on my side who is knowledgeable and trustworthy has been extremely valuable. I definitely recommend Afshin to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants as he genuinely cares about his clients and is passionate about his work.
