Adona works tirelessly on behalf of her clients and delivers on her clients' schedules, constraints, interests, and expressed preferences. Our experience with her was a proof of that. We wanted to move to a new property in about a month's time and we worked on a timetable with her which were followed almost to a T. Unlike other realtor agents that we had before who, to our surprise, asked us to make an initial bid much higher than the asking price and sent us property listings without regard to our repeatedly-expressed preferences, Adona even got us a property lower than the published asking price and she sent property listings that were within our expressed preference. These made us realized that to her we were not just another client with common needs and aspirations. She did not have to say that she worked for us. She showed it by her actions. She was our eyes, ears, mind, and even heart. She researched and read voluminous documents for us when we were too busy to do so in detail and she responded to our questions anytime--night and day, weekdays, and weekend. She timely reminded us of critical actions when we were too busy doing and pursuing other things. The after-sales service or support was also a thing that showed to us that she cared, and she was not just there for the money. It proved to us that she was there for a long-term client-agent relationship, which fosters client loyalty and business. If there was something that made us uncomfortable, it was that she gave us a huge key with an equally huge lanyard to the front door. But even that, on second thought, is positive. Larger keys are harder to misplace. It looks like St. Peter's key to heaven and symbolically, heaven is where we all want to go.

Adona has been a great support and guidance throughout the whole process of selling our condo and buying a detached home for my family and I. I appreciate her patience and also her diligence regarding the whole process and even after the sales has concluded. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
